AWP Instructor Group Mentoring & Supervision
7 Monthly Group Zoomcalls
By psychologist and AWP regio-coordinator Chris Muller, MSc
How do you support a family when a situation feels complex?
How do you stay connected to the principles of Aware Parenting while navigating difficult situations or resistance in clients?
How do you communicate your work clearly and lovingly to clients?
How do you build a sustainable practice, set boundaries, create offerings or trust your value as a professional?
How do you deal with your own frustration or imposter-syndrome?
Many instructors struggle with these things, because being an instructor is not only fulfilling your heart’s passion, but comes with real challenges and important questions.
And while the basic instructor-training gives a strong foundation, there is something incredibly valuable about having ongoing support: a place where you can openly discuss cases, ask questions, receive guidance, reflect together and continue deepening your understanding in a compassionate and non-judgmental environment.
These monthly supervision and mentoring sessions are created exactly for that. It’s a warm, professional space where you can bring your day to day struggles: the client situation you’re unsure about, a session that frustrated you, business struggles to get your practice going or deal with colleagues at work, self-doubt, ethical questions, practical challenges of building your work and the deeper process of becoming the instructor you want to be.
Alongside compassionate support and peer connection, you’ll receive an integration of supervision, coaching, therapeutic insight and business guidance by me. With over 14 years of experience within Aware Parenting, combined with my background as an educated and experienced psychologist and TA coach, I support instructors not only in embodying Aware Parenting more and more, but also in deepening your confidence, clarity in understanding and continuity in their work.
Sometimes you need practical insight, sometimes emotional support, sometimes a fresh perspective on a case. Sometimes you need encouragement to step more fully into your work and visibility. These sessions offer a warm, grounded, experienced and compassionate space for all of that.
Growing as an Aware Parenting instructor is not only about gaining knowledge, but much about the deeper layers inside of us. So these sessions help you in feeling supported while you dive into these layers, while offering your meaningful work to the world in a way that stays truly aligned with who you are.
So if this resonates and you feel a yes, I welcome you to join this mentoring and supervision group!
